Privacy Policy

PhoneChatFling (“we”, “us”) runs phonechatfling.com, an independent guide to phone chat lines. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Calls to a chat line are handled by the chat line company under its own privacy policy.

The short version

• We collect very little: what you send through the contact form, and the basic technical data our host needs to serve pages.
• We don’t sell your personal information.
• When you call, your phone connects straight to the chat line. We never hear your calls or see your number.

What we collect

When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. We use them only to reply to you. Messages are delivered to our inbox through Google’s email service.

When you browse

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare handles this data under its privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. They set cookies and collect data such as the pages you view, your device type, and your approximate location. Google handles this data under its privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

When you call a chat line

Call buttons on this site are phone links. Tapping one opens your phone’s dialer, and the call goes straight to the chat line company. We don’t see your phone number, hear your call, or receive your greetings, messages, or account details. The chat line handles all of that under its own privacy policy, so read it before you buy time.

The chat line may send us call counts from our numbers so it can pay our commission. Those reports don’t include what you say on the line.

How we use information

• To reply to your messages.
• To run, secure, and improve the website.
• To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site (Cloudflare for hosting, and Google for email and analytics), when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and other people’s safety. If PhoneChatFling is ever sold, this information may pass to the new owner under this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages only as long as we need them, then delete them. Cloudflare keeps its hosting logs for a limited time under its own policy.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Send your request through the contact form, and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, for example California, another US state, or Canada, local law may give you more rights, and we’ll honor them.

Adults only

This website is for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit who can read the messages you send. No way of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee it.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
